Born in Ocean Township, New Jersey and now proudly calling San Diego home, Louis Pisano has built a life rooted in service, leadership, and transformation. With a background in Business and Hospitality Management, his career began in the fast-paced nightlife and resort environments of Atlantic City, Las Vegas, and San Diego—overseeing teams of 100–250 people, managing multimillion-dollar P&L’s, and elevating guest operations across some of the most competitive markets in the country.
In 2020, Louis transitioned into real estate, bringing his people-first leadership style into a new industry. Today, he serves as one of Southern California’s premier Realtors and the Director of Sales for The Dean Aguilar Group—one of the largest and most accomplished real estate teams in the region. His track record includes scaling sales teams, coaching agents to new levels of performance, and helping grow annual home sales from 200+ to over 600+ homes sold per year, representing more than $500M in yearly volume.
But beyond the numbers, titles, and career milestones, Louis’ true purpose lies in personal development, mentorship, and human connection. While real estate is the foundation of his professional life, his passion is the growth of people—their habits, their mindset, their goals, and their overall well-being. Louis has guided, coached, and influenced thousands across the world through his real estate leadership, hands-on mentorship, and rapidly growing social media platforms—most notably TikTok and Instagram.
He openly shares the experiences that shaped him—pain, loss, doubt, rebuilding, discipline, resilience—because he believes vulnerability is a pathway to connection. His mission is to remind people that they are not alone, that their struggles are valid, and that their past does not dictate their future.
Louis’ message is simple, powerful, and lived:
“I’m not special. I’m just not afraid to talk about the things most people avoid. What matters most is that people understand this: you are not alone. You are not the only one who has struggled. Every one of us has faced things we aren’t proud of, but our past is meant to guide us—not define us. Who we become is shaped by our choices, our discipline, and our willingness to take extreme ownership of our lives. Happiness and success are built, not given—and they start with us.” – Louis
Today, Louis continues to evolve—building his brand, ELEV8, coaching individuals toward a higher-performing life, and using his journey as a blueprint for anyone ready to rewrite their story.
